Meeting Point

We are encouraging guests to drive themselves to our Brandywine Base facility.

Our base is located in the Callaghan Valley, only 15 minutes South of Whistler. We are conveniently located just off Highway 99 and have an easy access road with ample free parking.

We recommend typing “Blackcomb Snowmobile Base Operations” into Google Maps or Apple Maps to guide your journey.

Don’t worry, we’ve made sure to put up lots of signage along the way.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your tour. Remember to factor in extra travel time to account for winter conditions – if you arrive late and miss your tour time, we cannot guarantee that we can get you on another tour and no refund will be issued. If you experience delays please make sure you call us as soon as possible at 604-932-8484.

Brandywine Base Facility

Turn off Highway 99 onto Callaghan Valley Road, then take your first left. Follow this road past the transfer station and past two large parking lots. You will see a large sign for our base facility. Search “Blackcomb Snowmobile Base Operations“ in Google Maps or Apple Maps for live directions.

Village Office

Our village office is located in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel in Whistler Village. Only meet at our village office if you are on a snowshoeing or dogsledding tour, or if you have pre-arranged a private shuttle departing from our office. Your confirmation email will clearly state your meeting point.

If you have a vechicle, we recommend guests drive themselves to our base for snowmobile tours.

If you do not have transportation, we offer shuttle pick ups from select locations. You will be able to select a pickup location when booking your tour.
