Indulge in an exclusive Backcountry Dining Tour, designed for an intimate and unforgettable experience in the Canadian mountains. As night falls, your private snowcoach or snowmobile will transport you through the tranquil night of the Brandywine and Callaghan Valley to our secluded log cabin. Inside, you’ll be welcomed by the warm, flickering glow of a wood fire and the inviting aroma of a gourmet four-course meal, expertly prepared by our chefs just for you.
Choose between a Traditional Cheese Fondue or a Pinnacle-style main course featuring your choice of juicy steak or fresh salmon, each dish crafted to perfection. This private dining experience is ideal for creating cherished memories with a cozy, festive ambiance and exceptional cuisine. It’s the perfect setting for a larger crew to celebrate, relax, and enjoy an unforgettable culinary adventure in the heart of the mountains.
The evening starts with a roasted Pemberton beet salad finished with feta cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds and a balsamic drizzle.
The second course is continued with a caramelized onion soup finished with maple Crème fraiche.
Cheese Fondue - Traditional cheese fondue with Emmental cheese, Gruyere and Kirsch served with grilled garlic baguette, grilled vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli assorted rainbow nugget potatoes, chorizo sausage, BC natural beef steak, peppered salami and fresh mushrooms.
Pinnacle Style (Steak or Salmon) - BC natural beef grilled New York steak served with garlic whipped potatoes, assorted grilled vegetables finished with a red wine demi-glaze or Wild BC Salmon grilled and served with saffron sauce, topped with tomato avocado salsa.
Finish off the night with a delicious chocolate fondue dessert served with a mixture of fruits.

"Its difficult to pin point the best part of this experience. We travelled to the rustic cabin via snow cat to then to be served a delicious multi-course dinner. The cabin was intimate and a beautiful space to enjoy the company of our friends. Our guides and chefs made us feel at home from the get go and the chefs went above and beyond to accommodate a vegetarian dinner for me.

"It was my first time in a Snowcat and what a luxurious ride up the mountain. The snowcat was complete with a party speaker to connect up tunes and set the mood for a great evening. After about a 30 minute ride we arrived at the gorgeous cabin in the snowy forest complete with a firepit out the front. The cheese fondue dinner was divine as was all the courses before and after."
