Journey deep into the backcountry and experience a taste of true Canadian winter with this unique dinner that combines savory and sweet with adventure and awe. Enjoy the comfort of our luxury 15 passenger snow coach that takes you to our remote log cabin. Take pleasure in a delicious fondue dinner or pinnacle style main course made by your own private chef. We can accommodate for dietary requirements… just make sure you let us know in advance. Don’t worry about being cold, our cabin is heated by a traditional wood stove that will keep you toasty all evening. This 3.5 hour dining experience is perfect for both foodies and adventure seekers… it’s an experience your group will be talking about for years.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

If you have an special dietary requirements, please advise us of these with at least 72 hours notice. We are also able to provide, within reason, a custom meal for a child or someone who has very specific requirements – please provide adequate notice for these requests.

MANDATORY COLLISION COVERAGE

Collision Coverage of $25 per driver is mandatory on all tours when driving a Snowmobile –  this is not required when in a Snowcat. The Collision Coverage will eliminate any additional costs associated with any accidental damage to Blackcomb Snowmobile vehicles including all parts. This Collision Coverage is mandatory and can not be voided from any tour booking.

FULL VALID DRIVER'S LICENCE REQUIRED

All Blackcomb Snowmobile drivers are required to be at least 19 years of age and have a full valid drivers license with no restrictions to be able to operate an Snowmobile. Guests who are under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to be a passenger. 

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect for all bookings both online, over the phone and in-person. Any bookings that are modified or cancelled within 24 hours of the trip departure time will be liable for the full price of the original booking. Blackcomb Snowmobile reserves the right to cancel or combine any tour due to inclement weather.

For day-of bookings and large groups or general questions, please contact us directly at 604-932-8484 or email info@blackcombsnowmobile.com. Stop by our head office located in the lobby level of The Hilton Whistler Resort. A credit card is required to hold all reservations at the time of booking. Credit cards will not be charged until the time of a tour with other methods of payment also accepted.

HOTEL PICK UP TRANSPORTATION

All tour times are scheduled as round trip from the Whistler Village. Pick ups are available through Blackcomb Snowmobile from our office location in the Hilton Whistler Resort and major Whistler hotels including The Fairmont Resort, Legends Creekside, Nita Lake Lodge Creekside, and the Four Seasons. The Brandywine Base Facility is located 10km south of the Whistler Village and is where you will start your tour. Guests are also welcome to drive themselves to our Base Facility and asked to make this aware to Blackcomb Snowmobile at the time of booking or if plans change.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER

Blackcomb Snowmobile tours involve many risks, dangers and hazards which are outlined in our Release of Liability Agreement that is required to be signed at the time of your trip. Waiver agreements can only be signed by participants of at least 19 years of age. Under age passengers are required to have a parent or legal guardian sign for them. All guests are required to read and sign before participating in any of our tours. The agreement will affect your legal rights should you be involved in an accident. Copies of this agreement are available from our head office and base facility.

ADDITIONAL WINTER GEAR AVAILABLE

Snowmobile tours operate in most weather conditions. Please make sure to dress for the weather, but in the event that you don’t have a piece of winter clothing (eg. pair of winter gloves), we will do our best to provide you with something appropriate. Please be aware that in the event of inclement weather, tours can be combined or cancelled.
