Embark on a culinary journey like no other with our Backcountry Mountain Dining Tour. As twilight falls, set off on a cozy snowcoach or snowmobile ride through the snowy wilderness of the Brandywine and Callaghan Valley, making your way to our charming log cabin.

Once inside, you’ll be enveloped by the inviting glow of a crackling wood fire and the tantalizing aroma of a gourmet four-course meal prepared by our skilled chefs. Choose between a Traditional Cheese Fondue or a Pinnacle-style main course featuring juicy steak or fresh salmon, all crafted to perfection.

Relax in the warm, rustic ambiance of the cabin as you savor each course and enjoy the peaceful stillness of the night. This unique dining experience blends exceptional cuisine with the enchanting atmosphere of a mountain night, creating an unforgettable evening in the heart of the Canadian wilderness.

Menu

The evening starts with a roasted Pemberton beet salad finished with feta cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds and a balsamic drizzle.

The second course is continued with a caramelized onion soup finished with maple Crème fraiche. 

Cheese Fondue - Traditional cheese fondue with Emmental cheese, Gruyere and Kirsch served with grilled garlic baguette, grilled vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli assorted rainbow nugget potatoes, chorizo sausage, BC natural beef steak, peppered salami and fresh mushrooms.

Pinnacle Style (Steak or Salmon) - BC natural beef grilled New York steak served with garlic whipped potatoes, assorted grilled vegetables finished with a red wine demi-glaze or  Wild BC Salmon grilled and served with saffron sauce, topped with tomato avocado salsa.

Finish off the night with a delicious chocolate fondue dessert served with a mixture of fruits.

WHERE TO MEET?
We recommend that all our guest drive directly to our base facilities. Conveniently located 15 minutes South from Whistler Village just off the highway which makes it easily accessible for all kind of vehicles with winter tires. Google Maps “Brandywine Base #1” for directions there.

If you do not have a vehicle, we will be offering limited shuttle service to and from Whistler Village. Please meet at our designated pick-up locations 30 minutes prior to your tour time if confirmed for a shuttle. Our pickup locations are the Four Seasons Hotel, The Fairmont Chateau, The Hilton Hotel, Legends or Nita Lake Lodge.

Our chefs are very accommodating of all kinds of dietary restrictions and allergies. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your tour to allow us enough time to accommodate any requests.

WHAT TO BRING?
Come dressed for the weather! If you will be participating by snowmobile, wear winter gear you would wear skiing or snowboarding. If you are joining by snowcat, our snowcat will be heated but still wear appropriate winter clothing. Any gear you do not have we can provide. No alcohol allowed on any snowmobile tour.
