This tour is ideal for experienced riders or return clientele. Discover the true meaning of “Whistler’s Winter Playground” when you explore some of Canada’s most sought after terrain. Weather and skill permitting, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how to side-hill like a pro or cut through un-groomed powder with an experienced guide. All extreme tours come with a 2 stroke 600cc Ski-Doo Summit, with further upgrades available to 850cc with varying track lengths, allowing you to take full advantage of our incredible terrain.

All Blackcomb Snowmobile drivers are required to be at least 19 years of age and have a full valid drivers license with no restrictions to be able to operate an Snowmobile. We require a minimum of 2 machines to run a tour. Advanced tours are single riders only. 

We require an open credit card imprint for any damages to the high performance machines. No deposit will be taken prior to the tour. 

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect for all bookings both online, over the phone and in-person. Any bookings that are modified or cancelled within 24 hours of the trip departure time will be liable for the full price of the original booking. Blackcomb Snowmobile reserves the right to cancel or combine any tour due to inclement weather.

To ensure proper social distancing, we are recommending that guests drive directly to our base facility in the Callaghan Valley. Conveniently located just South of Whistler off Highway 99 on Callaghan Valley Road, we provide easy access and ample free parking. If you do not have transportation, please choose one of our pick up locations when booking. We are running shuttles with some limitations and masks are mandatory on board.

Stop by our head office located in the lobby level of The Hilton Whistler Resort. A credit card is required to hold all reservations at the time of booking. Credit cards will not be charged until the time of a tour with other methods of payment also accepted.

Blackcomb Snowmobile tours involve many risks, dangers and hazards which are outlined in our Release of Liability Agreement that is required to be signed at the time of your trip. Waiver agreements can only be signed by participants of at least 19 years of age. Under age passengers are required to have a parent or legal guardian sign for them. All guests are required to read and sign before participating in any of our tours. The agreement will affect your legal rights should you be involved in an accident. Copies of this agreement are available from our head office and base facility.

We highly recommend that guests wear their own winter gear. This includes a winter jacket, warm gloves, boots and balaclava to wear under your helmet. We do have extra gear at our base for guests to use, however due to Covid-19, we recommend that you wear whatever you have and we will supply the rest. Keep in mind there is no “special” snowmobile gear. We provide standard winter gear for warmth.
