Meeting Point

We are encouraging guests to drive themselves directly to our base facilities as it will be more convenient with varying road conditions! 
Our bases are located just a short 15-25 minute drive South of Whistler Village. They are just off HWY 99, have an easy access road and we offer ample FREE parking!
 
Please make sure you know which base your adventure will depart from. Snow conditions and operational needs will determine which base you need to meet at. Please contact our office to confirm your base location. Typically, all Snowmobile Tours and our Mountain Dining Tour departs from Blackcomb Snowmobile Base – Brandywine Base #1. All Dogsled, Snowshoe, Slleigh rides and Mystic Mountain Dining Tours departs from Blackcomb Dogsled Base – Callaghan Base #2. See directions to these below. We have put up lots of signage along the way to help!
 
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your tour. Remember to factor in extra travel time to account for winter conditions – if you arrive late and miss your tour time, we cannot guarantee that we can get you on another tour and no refund will be issued. If you experience delays please make sure you call us as soon as possible at 604-932-8484
 
If you have arranged Shuttle service from one of our pick up locations, please meet us outside at least 30 minutes prior to your tour time. Our pick up locations are The Fairmont Chateau, The Four Seasons, The Hilton Whistler Resort, Legends and Nita Lake Lodge.

Blackcomb Snowmobile Base

Brandywine Base #1

Turn off HWY 99 onto Callaghan Valley Road and head up the road for about 1 minute. Then take you very first left.You will pass a transfer station and 2 very large parking lots. Keep going past these and then take a slight left turn into our Brandywine Base Facility. Guest parking is on the left side beside our base

Dogsled Base

Turn off HWY 99 onto Callaghan Valley Road and head up the road for about 10 minutes. This will be your second possible left turn. You will see a large sign before the left turn you are to take. Once you turn, travel up this road for a short distance and you will see our large Yurt and Dogsled Base. Park to the left or right of our Yurt and enter the Yurt for check in

Hotel Pick Up

If you have a vechicle, we recommend guests drive themselves to our base for snowmobile tours. If you do not have transportation, we offer shuttle pick ups from select locations. You will be able to select a pickup location when booking your tour.
