We’re Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & guide snowmobile tours through various winter trails.
  • Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • High awareness for risk management.
  • Conduct pre-ride safety briefings and equipment checks.
  • Be able to manage different group dynamics

    Qualification:
  • OFA3, 80-hour WFA or OEC certificate required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work outside in changing weather conditions.
  • Previous guiding experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Class 4 unrestricted driver license is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong team player, good work ethics, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead guided snowshoe tours for various skill levels.
  • Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
  • Share knowledge about local ecology.
  • Conduct pre-trip safety briefings and assist with equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a guide or outdoor instructor.
  • Valid 40-hour First Aid certification or higher (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills and a love for teaching.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate our shuttle bus to transport guests from Whistler Village to our Brandywine Base Facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers as needed.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
  • Assist with waiver signing and payment processing needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class 4 driver’s license.
  • Previous experience as a shuttle bus driver or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work in varied weather conditions and navigate local routes.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience operating a Pistenbully Snow Cat
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Flexible schedule (and willing to work night shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest bookings through phone, email, and online channels
  • Coordinate daily schedules and ensure accurate communication with operations staff
  • Provide professional, efficient, and friendly service to guests and partners
  • Process payments and issue confirmations or updates
  • Answer general inquiries about tours, policies, and availability
  • Perform administrative duties to support daily office operations

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in reservations, administrative, customer service, or front desk roles
  • Familiarity with Viator and Inntopia booking platforms is a strong asset and will be highly favorable in hiring process
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Polite, professional, and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all aspects of daily tours; bookings, machines, guides, transportation
  • Providing communications and Staffing of ATV/Snowmobile guides & Scheduling
  • Provide risk assessment of technical procedures
  • Provide Trip Leader supervision and management
  • Ensure a high level of service standard is met by all staff
  • Client liaison — to liaise with clients and provide feedback to help marketing efforts
  • Understand and role model company policy and standards in every aspect of functions and tasks
  • Assist the management team in the development of new products and methods
  • Identify inefficiencies and help develop sound alternatives
  • Human resource management on an ongoing basis is a huge aspect of this role

    Requirement:

  • Must have previous management experience in adventure tourism related industry; rafting, zipline, or snowmobile
  • Background in Adventure tourism; guiding, risk management, communications, first aid, Avalanche skills
  • Strong communication skills are a must
  • Thorough, on the spot decision making in a fast-paced environment is a necessary skill.
  • Thorough understanding of commercial guiding standards
  • Computer literate, online booking systems, HR communication and timesheet systems, microsoft
  • Passion for Adventure tourism, love working with people and the outdoors
